Recently, Professor Tom Mullikin’s published article on Setback Distances in the Barnett Shale and The Need for Uniformity at the State Level, challenged lawmakers to develop a uniform setback state policy, and encouragement of this system would be boasted - for a setback distances in urban areas that can be amended by local policy makers as appropriate.
