Virginia Ann Mullikin was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 1987 after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In Law School, she served on the South Carolina Law Review, the Wagner Moot Court Team, and was admitted into the Order of the Wig and Robe.

Virginia Ann has focused her practice primarily on family law and associated litigation. She previously served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court Honorable Jean Toal. Virginia Ann represented the South Carolina Department of Social Services for many years in-house as well as under contract for eight counties in South Carolina.

In addition to being published in the South Carolina Law Review, Virginia Ann has represented her clients before the South Carolina Family Court, South Carolina General Sessions District Court, and has assisted with litigation before the United States Supreme Court.

 

Virginia Ann serves as the Managing Partner for the Mullikin Law Firm and represents clients primarily in family and domestic matters. She lives in Camden with her husband and partner, Tom Mullikin.
