Will Kinney works to promote client legislative, regulatory, and policy priorities primarily relating to environmental, energy, healthcare, and manufacturing matters.

 

His practice includes direct advocacy to elected officials in South Carolina and other states, research and coordination of policy initiatives, and strategic counsel to businesses and trade associations.

He also works to ensure client compliance with federal and state election, lobbying, and ethics laws.
